Is your gold solid or plated?
Each product page states the metal exactly. Solid 9ct/18ct items carry a UK hallmark; vermeil pieces have a sterling silver core.
Can I get a piece engraved?
Yes — most pendants, rings, and bracelets can be engraved. Add 5–7 working days lead time.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes, on solid-metal rings purchased from us. Free within 60 days of purchase, modest fee thereafter.
How should I clean my jewellery?
Soft cloth for daily care. Avoid chlorinated water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Detailed guidance ships with every order.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
All solid-metal items over 7.78g are UK-hallmarked. Lighter pieces and vermeil are stamped with the metal designation.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard 2–4 working days. Custom or engraved orders take 5–10 working days from order.
Can I return a piece?
30 days returns on stock items. Engraved and bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
